last night KU won the first of what will hopefully be many games at Rosenblatt Stadium in Omaha, NE defeating Creighton 7-6 in 10 innings, Bruce Bochy's son pitched 3 strong innings to close it out.
Last weekend KU swept then number 17 Oklahoma State in Lawrence and this week made there first appearance in the rankings since 2006.
Since the last spring football practice is today and the only basketball related event is the recruiting saga of the Henry kids and Born Ready, the baseball team might be all we have for a little while.
