Preston Land stepped up big again against Missery with a 2 run single to give KU a lead they would never relinquish in a 7-4 win over the Slavers.
A win by KU today (Sunday) would put KU ahead of MU in the standings. Since the Big 12 Baseball standings are based off percentage points and they're 6 teams real close to each other at the top its too hard to figure out where KU will end up.
But taking 2 of 3 from Missery would be a good start to being in the top 3 at least.

KU lost on Sunday 13-12 after they gave up six runs in the 1st and committed god only knows how many errors.
Tony Thompson had a Grand Slam for KU and leads the Big 12 in HR's and RBI's
