What a great day if you were a Senior at the University of Kansas and a member of the baseball team.
You not only got a degree that will give you a substantial advantage over the rest of society but you also beat your in state rival and won the season series over the mildcats. And to make matters sweeter you 10 run rule them in the 7th like it little league.
(I hate K-sucks fans- seriously they show up like they are worth a shit and have a chance at winning- gimme a break. And wearing "EMAW" every man a wildcat shirts, what the hell does that mean? Maybe its a thinly veiled reference to the fact that their entire fan base loves doing animals)

Senior's Buck Afneir hit his second 2 run shot in as many days and fellow senior Nick Faunce went 4-4 to close their careers at Hoglund Ballpark. Tony Thompson increased his grip on Big 12 player of the year by hitting a double, scoring 3 runs and knocking his KU tying 18th HR, a 2 run shot.

On to the Big 12 tourney.
